Upon scheduling an appointment, you will receive confirmation within 24 hours.

Our appointments take place in London or locally in and around Newcastle, appointments need to be booked a month in advance and require an appointment fee of £150, which is fully refundable after the appointment date. Or the appointment fee can be used towards the deposit for your Falcus&Wood order. international appointments can also be organised at our amsterdam office for an additional £100.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 72 hours in advance of your appointment. Late cancellations and no-show appointments will result in the forfeiture of your appointment fee.
